Welcome to Terich. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.terich.in (the “Website”) and any purchases you make through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 3. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect information. If we cancel an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.
4. Prices, Taxes & Payment
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties or import fees for international orders unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any such charges.
- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay (or other payment partners listed on the checkout). We do not store your full card or banking details.
- In case of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We use our logistics partner iThink Logistics (or other listed carriers) to deliver orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, stock, or events beyond our control.
- Standard estimated delivery: 5–7 working days (where applicable). You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you on delivery. For international shipments, customs delays and fees may apply and are your responsibility.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7. Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a prepaid order before it is dispatched by contacting customer care. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the returns process.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India.

16. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
