1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details so you can follow your order in real time.
2. Shipping Partners
- We have partnered with iThink Logistics and leading courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, holidays).
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal ₹49 service fee applies.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can track your package online until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, phone number) are accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Re-shipment due to an incorrect address may incur additional charges.
7. Delays & Lost Packages
- While we always strive to deliver on time, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- In the rare case of a lost package, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a fair resolution — either a replacement or a full refund.
8. International Shipping
- At present, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced once available.
