Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with the goods received, you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • All return packages must be sent in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice. Please state the reason for the return when you contact us.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund rules (COD orders)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can be issued either as a coupon code / wallet cashback or credited to your bank account.
  • If you choose a coupon code / wallet cashback, the entire order amount including freight will be refunded to you.
  • If you choose a bank refund, only the product amount will be refunded (freight is not refundable for bank refunds).

Refund rules (Prepaid orders)

  • For prepaid payments, refunds are credited back to the original source account, excluding freight charges.

International card payments

  • If payment was made using a credit card issued outside India, refunds are subject to applicable foreign-exchange regulations. Any gain or loss due to currency fluctuation during refund processing will be borne by the customer.

Processing time

  • It takes 5–7 working days to process refunds after the parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • If you opt for a coupon code refund, we will issue a coupon within 2 days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.

Exchanges & repeated returns

  • Returns/exchanges can be done only once. If you exchange an item and later wish to return the exchanged product, you will be responsible for pickup and dispatch charges.
  • For returns, the item cost will be refunded; the original shipping charge is non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

Order Cancellation

  • For prepaid order cancellations, please notify our customer care team within 7 days of initiating the cancellation request to ensure a smooth refund process.
  • If your order has already shipped, please follow the returns process above once you receive the item.

How to start a return / contact us

  • Email terich.care@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund / exchange / store credit.
  • Keep the parcel tracking details until your return is completed.
